I use it under by Airdyne bike and have used it for 1.5 years every day and I mean EVERY day of that time period. Exceptional protection for carpet and floor. Best thing for that machine.

Used under a schwinn eliptical between the eliptical and carpet. It doesn't slip and keeps the sweat from getting into the carpet.

This mat had such a strong chemical smell to it that it would have choked us to death with the odor. The odor was like a plastic shower curtain when first opened, only much worse. It sat in the garage for months to "air", and just never was moved into place. It was included free with our purchase, so it wasn't a big deal.
