Nice when you have the time just to confirm what areas you need to modify in your workout.
Not very helpful in the grand scheme unless you really don't have understanding of excercise goals and targets.

My wife hates it. She says it is too stiff to use as an elliptical. I think it is great and easy to convert to a stepper.
