I am Very overweight (300 lbs) and have a bad knee. The Gazelle is low impact, very easy to use and it supports my weight! This was a very important factor because, most inexpensive ellipticals only hold upto 250 lbs. The Gazelle Freestyle has a maximum weight capacity of 350 lbs. The hardest part about the machine is getting on it. You tend to want to swing at first. But once you figure it out its a sinch from then on out.

I have only used the product for a week and I really enjoy my workout. Its very easy to use. No straining on your leg/knee joints. I can feel the results from my workout. (Shoulder, hips, butt and legs)

I purchased the trainer for some physical uses. I had an extensive spinal operation 12 weks ago and I need something that provided low impact exercising. I started out slow and only a few days a week and have built up to everyday of the week. It really works my core area and strengthens my lower back and hip muscles.

I use this elliptical trainer for general cardio training and help with weight loss. It is sturdy, easy to use and doing just what i expected it to do for me. Only problem is the small computer is not always on when it should be so I just use a separate clock.

My husband and I both love our trainer. We needed something we could both use easily that would benefit us the most. We think we have found it. We both hold each other accountable so we make sure we use it. It really gives us a good workout. We are hoping to change occasional to frequent exercisers.

Kinda of hard to assemble by yourself, 2 people is much better. For those who hate to run or jog this is for you! Nice alternate form of exercise, especially for those who sit all day at work. If it had the ability to adjust the resistance I'd give it 5 stars.

Very good design, heavy-duty frame, assembles easily, best with 2 people though. It works smooth and quiet. Bought this originally for my wife, she loves it, I even tried it and I like it. Even comes with workout DVD.

This is a pretty basic ellipitical, person powered, not computerized and works really well. It is simple enough that even my 80+-YO father in law, who did no exercise previously and who has Parkinson's has been using it. I was thinking of getting one for my 93-YO mother.

I was surprised how cheap priced this was! Its compact and easy to store. WARNING: Please stretch and for the first couple days, dont over do it. I did only 20 minutes the first day and was really sore for 4!

This has been a wonderful product for my specific needs. I rarely get out and spend a lot of time on the computer for various reasons. I got the Gazelle to help increase my endurance when I am out and about. I haven't experienced any joint pain, although I have arthritis in my knees and ankles, from using this machine. It has helped me lose a few pounds already and I've only had it about 3 weeks. I use it everyday and with the built in computer I'm able to easily track my progress as it was recommended I start with .5 miles a day. My 54 year old mother, 37 year old husband and even my 7 year old daughter like to use the machine as well. I really think this is an awesome product specially for those people like me.

MY HUSBAND KEPT HINTING UNTIL I GOT THIS FOR HIM, AND HE LOVES IT! HE HAS TO LISTEN TO HIS IPOD WHILE USING IT THOUGH BECAUSE HE SAID IT GETS A LITTLE BORING..OTHER THAN THAT, HE IS HAPPY!
HE IS 6 FT 5 AND IS 240 LBS, VERY STURDY TOO!

We're both really enjoying using the Gazelle, probably six days/week. It's great to break a sweat with no worries about our knees. I just don't think you can trust the mph and HR meters.
